Well In the razer (shitty) synapse driver, you can put the DPI to what ever you desire.

Everything looks nice there besides that GPU, there is no point of buying that at this time. (It just doesn't make any sense over the new 7xx series that nvidia has.)
Buy like a GTX 760 or 770(this will do wonders)
I am going to buy a 120hz BENQ XL2411T (cost like around 250 euros for me, but I think you can get it for 250 dollars in the murica land :p, it should be a really good monitor)
As far as keyboards go, seems like a waste of money to me, note: I have never used a mechanical keyboard, that's just how I feel about it.

heavy/qck+: 450mm x 400mm x (6mm heavy/ 2mm qck+)
3)SteelSeries QcK+/Heavy - The heavy one as I understood is thicker but has a rough surface and it's smaller (which I don't want small), but however it's still another option.
lol, they are both the same size.
I have the heavy, and I use 31 cm/360.
It is a nice pad, but I have had to clean it a few times, but then it's pretty much as good as new.

Also I'd love an updated spectator hud. I wasn't able to test it in highlander, but I know that it overlapped a lot before. The player name panels are just too big for my tastes. Something smaller would be nice!

850w is a overkill like everyone has said already.(unless you want to run 2 or more gpu's or many HDD's)
If he isn't looking to overclock, that motherboard is a overkill.

Maybe switch out the ram for a g.skill kit?(should be cheaper and overclocking should be easier with them)
