What's the harm in having another group? When i was a newbie i enjoyed the two groups that were there and because newbie mixes cant be run everyday this is a good way for newbies to interact with one another. Groups like these make teams and bonds between people, it's how i made my first open team

With a ban on guns you're allowing another criminal trade. There was an argument for the legalization of marijuana for the same reason. If we legalize it there will be less crime but if you outlaw guns there will be an even bigger illegal gun trade.

The biggest disease of any team is when fingers are being pointed at whose fault it is rather than evaluating everyone as a team. That kind of stuff destroys a team quickly especially when people don't let it go an move on to the next round.

Sniping is more of a add on to being a 6's player it shouldn't be the first thing you want to improve but for just general picks and stuff is all just reaction. Really the only thing you can do is pub sniper to get better but yet again shouldn't be the first thing to work on.

Xen was supposed to backup for a team that i started and due to events that had happened he had to step up and start. He was exceptional and went beyond expectations. One of the most capable roamers ive played with. A pleasure of a person as well.
