I'm from EU and I don't understand the need for an anti-cheat client, we've been fine without it. Cheaters get caught without it and the banposts keep coming on ETF2L. Also I don't like paying for my games, and I'm fine without a prize pot for lower divisions.
Also here everybody uses their own servers to play scrims and league matches and I've found no problem whatsoever with that either.
