what did you name it and where exactly did you put it? I had the same exact problem last night it was weird how i fixed it.
-Try not making another folder in the tf folder and leave the demo just in the tf folder and try to play it. Also, han brolo is right^

This is the result from something i am unaware happened.
So far ive tried using -autoconfig, deleting certain files, verifying cache, and reinstalling.
None have worked
*i tried cs:go and it worked perfectly fine so im not sure its a graphics card problem but i could be wrong

Her entire family was on that plane exept for her sister, can't imagine what she's going through right now.. losing everyone like that
