I have a similar problem. When I am on a sv_pure_2 server and the round begins my TF2 freezes.
Picture and sound refresh like every 3 seconds and my ping goes up to 500. So I have to tab out and close the process.
But only when I am recording a Demo. I tried it with P-REC and also manually with "record name" in console. Both ways cause the freezes.
How can I fix that problem?
