Why do we need to have these threads about getting better and making mods to attempt to accelerate the learning process when there are already plently of mods out there. If you can't hit a scout with good strafing skills in ingame, then you can either mge versus a lower skilled friend until you both get better, play tr_newbots and pipe the scout, play one of the other billion training maps or just PLAY THE GAME.

People need to stop asking people to make maps for them and help them with aiming etc and just play the game. I swear some people only want to be the best and don't even enjoy playing the game. YOU WILL GET BETTER. Just keep playing tf2... if you don't enjoy it then stop playing.

tl;dr YOU DONT NEED A MAP TO LEARN HOW TO PIPE A SCOUT ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE TONS OF TRAINING MODS. PLAY THE GAME and you will get better

If you're honestly doing 3 hours of mge dm and you've been doing so for a while as you claim and you're not getting better you probably aren't going to get better. Nobody can you help to move your move to certain spot. Sure there might be some small techniques but honestly you don't need a mentor to help you learn to aim. Anyone who adds you to teach you how to aim probably won't be a good mentor either since a good one wouldn't bother taking the time to teach you how to move your mouse to a target. Just me 2cents. GL learning how to aim I guess.

Thing is you'll get better by practicing, if you don't enjoy tf2 and you treat it like a job practicing going to work for 3 hours then I'd like to remind you you are playing a video game and you're eventually going to get better no matter how bad you think you are. The people who are the best at the game are people who genuinely like playing tf2 and can play it for hours on end not people who play for 3 hours expecting to be hitting meatshots every shot.

tl;dr KEEP PLAYING MIXES/LOBBIES (Yes lobbies) and playing dm mge.. You WILL 100% GET BETTER just like everything in life. However, if you're in this game to be the best meatshotter, you might as well give up your dreams and try to have fun since there's basically no way you're going to catch up to people with thousands and thousands (some 10k+) of tf2 at this point unless you've come from another game or have natural talent. A 120hz monitor is prty gud. But it won't transform you into a new player or "make you better much better". I think I remember you pc setup and I would say just wait for an upgrade on your pc. Unless you have a shitty 60hz or 50hz monitor that's shit I wouldn't go spend $300++ with your current setup. If all you play for tf2 then you should get it but I wouldn't of gotten it if I didn't have a shitty 16inch 50hz monitor just simply because of the price.

If you're going to get one though get the new 144hz.
