#1 Banning Gunslinger on a Pub in TF2 General Discussion

Basically looking for a way to ban mini sentries on my main pub server. Whitelists and plug-ins haven't worked in the past but I'm desperate now and I need to find something that works.
Sorry I forgot to include that I'm not an admin on the server just a good friend with him.
EDIT: I now know that whitelists only work on tournament mode.
