id have to say hero and rline were extremely smart tf2 players i learned the most from them when playing on no pawblem
default / i've used the same config since like 2012 i think its m0re's or chris / crosshair depends on class and weapon but most of my classes has crosshair 6 yellow color

yeah i remember last season on snakewater mid i got like 75 fps
the best i did personally (you dont have to) was cap my tf2 fps to 144 so it wasnt as much of a difference between scrims and matches
before i would go to pregame scrims with 250-300 fps and then into a match with 75-120 fps and it felt like a whole different game
you however seem like you dont even get 200 fps normally so idk how to help much here
