ok didnt alfa play scout in eu before was he actually in europe at that time or did he play with his ping because honestly if he actually played on teams in eu before then im assuming he has 90-120 ping which isnt entirely that bad if you guys are thinking he'll have 200+

I started the setup for windows 10, once the download started I went off to work. I now came back just 40 mins ago and I can't seem to log in...
It says on the menu "Hi there, welcome back!" (I'm assuming you guys seen this too) under that it shows my profile and the avatar. On the lower right there is a button labeled "next" when I click on it the screen freezes and acts like it's not responding, I click again and the screen turns white (like I said earlier that it acts like a program not responding). Then my PC restarts and goes back to the menu.
I've tried restarting my PC manually.
I've tried logging out also Ctrl alt delete and hitting my windows key.
I've also set up narrator and the bot that talks when I select "Next" the bot then says "Beep windows is not responding. Beep".
I literally have no idea what to do other than throw my PC out the window someone help.
