meyy has impressive calls and will make plays on slight advantages and windows. if your team doesn't play like pansies you should definitely try this guy out (he'll tilt if you do play like fags) Otherwise meyy excels mechanically, esp. on med
Also he used to tilt super hard sometimes but haven't seen him emo out for a while so I hope he's fixed that

I'd recommend scouting out kijiji/craigslist if your budget is low. You can often find graduating students selling laptops at reasonable prices... for instance I got my current laptop for 320$ on kijiji and then added my own RAM and SSD

Thats not a very good explanation of the difference and incorrect nowadays with non browser JS (node.js/electron/etc), and further Java in the browser is the worst
They are simply different programming languages, theres plenty of articles out there outlining the differences
