if you really was wrongfully vacbanned, there's nothing you can do... just wait, their system is automatic. Valve support wont answer you properly and the valve employes cant help you.

if anybody has the same problem just go to "Resource/UI/HudAchievementTrackerItem.res" and change the xHairCircle visible to "0"
