Jw321123Shade stopped playing in invite for much longer than 5 weeks but he came back and is almost objectively the best medic in NA so you should be fine
based on personal experience though i'd say you will be a little rusty after 5 weeks but as long as you have functioning hands, eyes and ears its not hard to catch up
he does main medic and gamesense is a lot harder to lose than aim
