Fluent in English and French
Decent at Spanish and German
Also once you learn a couple of languages (esp German and any Romance languages) learning new ones becomes exponentially easier. I also have never learned a language with a different alphabet. Easiest way to learn a language is immersion, even just a 1 or 2 week vacation can improve language (esp conversational) so much.
I'm NA but I did live in EU for ~2 years so I guess that doesn't really count

I can definitely recommend the quickfire
Any particular reason why you want the numpad? Because I my experience it is far more comfortable and saves on space if I don't have it.
There are totally reasons to have numpads too though but that's just my 2 cents

Logical increments isn't a very good start for things like tf2 where the needs are pretty unique
