I think shifty is right to an extent. A lot of people that get bullied get picked on for things that they can overcome. I feel bad for kids that get bullied whether its their fault or not, but you can't ignore the fact that some things are within their control. I'm not saying that its ok to bully people with issues they can overcome, just saying that people often do have problems they can fix.

If you're fat, smell bad, or have acne, which I'm sure are very common reasons for bullying, you can usually fix it unless you have a serious medical condition.
I'm not saying that people should go change their hobbies, interests, or sexuality : /

i think its especially notable that the people voicing the opinion that the victim somehow holds partial blame for being bullied are probably the same people that this video is targeting, that is to say, in middle school or high school. i don't know if there's any correlation there but it's interesting to notice
