@3 g502 has a thumb button in addition to the back/forward buttons

i found one unhelpful reddit thread mentioning this issue a year ago so it's a real thing. basically tf2 doesn't recognize mouse 4/5/6 in the keyboard options menu so i can't bind that to voice. i have barebones logitech setup so i don't think that's responsible, but it could be.
any ideas?

there's something in advanced options which disables all on-screen notifications, like strange kill updates, you found x, etc. it may apply to votes/autobalance. it substitutes a line in chat instead of a popup. highly recommended.

shade doesn't need frags to achieve swag, which is pretty unique
edit: reminds me of my favorite badlands mid of all time. was either a froyo match or scrim. shade comes out of house and immediately gets mega launched through his own choke, and then you don't see him for a while. froyo eventually wins the mid so b4nny goes looking for shade and he's just fucking standing on spire.

the other guy is an idiot but just fyi one of the reasons the baseball world classic is competitive is that a lot of american teams forbid their players from going to play it safe from injuries (however this does apply to a lot of dominican/mexican/cuban players too)
