I don't really understand this ban or the ban that scratchh got back in January. We never got a reason for either of them or were shown the evidence that got him banned. In fact if it wasn't for the private dm report that we were notified of, none of us on spireiq would have had any idea that he was getting banned yesterday. As what got him banned was the report of the two logs shown. Now I'm not going to go into if what he said was offensive or not (in my opinion it very much isn't). But I will say I think it's incredibly stupid how rgl refuses to show us the evidence, refuses to let us know in advance that they were planning on banning scratchh, and refuses to even let us talk to them about it. Throughout this process I've had to bother the admins almost everyday to get any sort of information out of them, and they've flat out refused to discuss this with any of us. The other problem I see with this is the probation system. Scratchh was banned out of the blue back in early January, and after we got the ban removed he was placed on probation. From then to now he's been banned an exact zero times, but yet is still on probation. For over four months he attempted to behave himself and stay out of trouble just to get banned for 8 months because he was still on probation. There are no guidelines in rgl about probation, and it seems unjust to me that he can be kept in probation for an indefinite amount of time, and then hammered once he has a very minor screw up. If he had been taken off of probation before this, the ban would of been much lighter. All in all, I think the lack of transparency, the lack of guidelines around probation, and the weakness of the evidence should show that this ban is unjust, and seems to be based around the rgl admins disliking scratchh, and not because of genuine wrongdoing.

You were one of the chillest, funniest people I had ever met. You were one of the reasons I loved showing up to scrims and trying my hardest to practice and improve. But then so much bad shit happened and the person you once were was lost. If there was anyway for me to prevent what happened or to somehow fix the things that made you change, I would in a heartbeat. I miss the friend that you once were.
