Really liking this idea maybe, do this with other popular invite/Prem players that have been playing for a while. Kinda like a player profile thing like how they did for I49 I think.

Think losing as a part of learning, you need to be prepared to lose sometimes because when your in IM and you get rolled it hurts alot. But it doesn't mean you should just give up, and say oh well. If some people were tilted then best thing to do is go over a demo or have like a team talk. And talk about mistakes so everyone is on the same page.
Please I hate it when I see young open teams give up and die. If the issue is a super big problem, I would like to volunteer to talk to any open team if they are going to die.(if you want, I'm pretty good at giving advice and being a mediator).

well on mids as solly, you get heals jump around on mid kill shit then go back to your medic, and your medic kinda walks around with your demo, as peopel come back for buffs. So if u use gunboats your demo is prolly going to have more heals which is ok if hes doing dmg/kills with it. And all you need to do is take ubers with a scout, or solos depending on the situation. If you use shotgun you should just waddle around with your med i guess, and you will magically get more heals.
