What happened is pretty simple: A guy http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198069604549 said he is buying unusuals,bills,festive,buds and such. I had a bill's hat painted black, he asked if i accept paypal/steam money and i said sure! I have the whole chat filmed!
Then he said he will put the code in chat but after trade(yes you can guess) he didn't do it! Now i don't have a clue what to do please help me!
