Also tried with Normal Startup in msconfig and also tried with b5 version.

m_customaccel 3 (exponential accel exactly like the windows accel)
m_customaccel_exponent <insert value here> choose your poison (I use 1.02)
and you should be good to go.

Opinion on Mice?

Toonionly the original EC1 & 2 have accel, the EC1 & 2 EVO editions have this problem fixed.
The original EC1 and EC2 had prediction not accel.
