does any1 know what hats are considered "new" like ones that come out during the esea season or just ones after a certain date?
Basically i want to get a hat from last christmas and i dont want to spend my money if its banned

what folder do i put the installer in to use it?
once i click to use it and select the destination of my custom folder it just keeps greying out the install button
