120hz monitor through HDMI on laptop

According to the alienware website it has two nvidia 880M's, and I beleive it has USB 1.4 too. Can I assume those are powerful enough to handle a 120hz monitor?

I know this is sorta retarded but I'd like to know
I inherited a decent alienware laptop from my cousin and it's the best thing I have to play games on. My question is, could I buy a second monitor (like this one ) and have it output 120+hz through HDMI? I'm getting tons of conflicting answers from google.
The laptop has 2 graphics cards, if that helps.
