Drove to Washington state from Ohio and back with my gf and friends last summer. Camped along the way at Glacier Lake National Park:

Had a fun day trip to Seattle, drank lots of coffee.
On the way back the car broke down and we stayed in Missoula with a family friend for a few days while it was repaired. It was actually a really beautiful city.
Missed 2 days of work but it was so worth it.

Check and see if your state has a "Residential Landlord and Tenant Act" and what you can do from there.
Maybe contacting a local news station with a consumer advocate program about the issues. the landlord wont want the bad publicity on tv.

Kind if a side note, but I really wish ESEA was more active with the tf2 community. I never see anything posted by them in regards to tf2 on social media, youtube, etc. I don't follow comp all that much these days but it seems every single season is a big question mark on whether ESEA will even still support tf2. From what I see tri is the only one actively promoting sign ups. I feel if ESEA actually promoted our game, we would get some more exposure and not struggle to have three divisions every season.
