I can provide a mumble if someone with a server wants to start a teamDon't need money to make a team, just say yours on #tf2scrim. Also, if you can't be responsible, how can you be a responsible player (showing up to scrim times, making matches, making comms)? Being a team takes effort from everyone.
Also, you probably should state your class, info, etc. Those looking will probably want that to see if you'd fit in a team.
