no longer able to launch steam in no-browser mode

Q/A Help
I used to have terrible stutters whenever ingame, but launching the steam client in no-browser always fixed it so ive just been playing like that for years
as of today, launching steam with the no-browser tag no longer works, and the game is super stuttery again from web helper using all my CPU. anyone know of an alternative way to launch or a different way to stop the stutters?

Virgildingoif they really want to eliminate sandbaggers i would just force that team to move up or they dont get to play. not saying that i agree with that just what i would do
Just hard to do that with advanced, as invite is the only div we can move them too and it's hard to balance teams that actually want to be in invite and are capable vs. teams that are invite capable that don't want to be there. We do that with other divs though.
then its simple, dont let them play
