TangyyI have never played, with or agaisnt this player and I spoke to him breifly in twitch chat today. Beyond this I have had no interactions with the player.
Cheating should be absolutely un-tolerated. It creates distrust and division within the competitive scene. I am not calling for a ban, I would just like people to know the facts. A SMAC ban is no laughing matter, and I personally am convinced that he has cheated in some form on his main account.
If it was a one time thing, I could understand. But I am seeing 2 instances of potential cheating, one being very convincing (the SMAC ban).

SpaceCadetI like hass so I am not accusing or commenting on him directly but I can't fucking understand the general mentality here. In all my years of online gaming, the TF2 community defends cheaters more than any other I have experienced.
This same exact argument was given for Insom when he was seen cheating. If someone is fucking cheating, it doesn't matter is it is a pub or not. Why do they need to cheat in an "official match" for people to car and make it punishable?
There is no gray area, the fucking player is cheating. End of story.

He's not a retard, and he doesn't need to hack to make invite next season, and there is literally a world of difference between hacking in pubs and hacking in ESEA

Hassassin's admitted to cheating on pubs/centers before (though he only did it a few times) but from playing against him in matches/scrims this whole season it's pretty clear he doesn't cheat in actual competitive environments and is just a very good player.
Whether or not you want to crucify him for cheating in pubs/centers is a whole 'nother story but by his own admission it has happened.
