Failed to load SteamUI.dll

Hey I'm getting this error when I try to start steam. Apparently the solution is to delete my steamui.dll file and download a new one but I didn't really trust any of the ones online so if somewhere here wouldn't mind uploading there's that'd be great. Thanks
Should just be in the base steam folder
