This is imo a pretty big blow to the OW community. Always a positive guy. Not only that but he was one of the pioneers during the beta that helped shape the meta into what it is today with team IDDQD. They were always on top of the meta and I'm pretty sure they had the prototype version of the dive comp.

Guy with incredible impact in the OW scene who will be missed.

#3 good live albums? in Music, Movies, TV

Suede had a 20th anniversary live album for Dog Man Star that was pretty good. It's on Spotify too I believe.

took a bit

FOIRGOT NAMES FUCK ME

Strong rap albums overall. I do suggest listening to the Wu-Tang Clan if you haven't already, though more specifically some of the solo work. I think Raekwon, GZA, and Inspectah Deck's project Czarface would be up your alley.

this shit was hard

More strong rap albums here. Same as the guy above I suggest checking out the solowork of those I listed as well as Ghostface Killa's stuff if you haven't already.

Always had a soft spot for some Daft Punk. Discovery is great. Some Ye on there too I like. For electronic I suggest checking out Justice and M83, both are somewhat similar and branch out into other genres. For Kanye style stuff I suggest Common and Lupe Fiasco, both have worked with Kanye in the past. Try "Be" and "Food & Liquor," respectively.

viperthis will probably turn into another top 50 thread so

feel free to give me shit for having nickelback on there

I don't really know too much about your top 4 but I see some albums I like on here. I suggest Sunny Day Real Estate for some Emo and Madeon for some electronic similar to Passion Pit.

Don't know enough about everyone else's charts sorry!

#12 EVO 2017 in Esports

I always feel bad for KOF. So many people say it doesn't really "deserve" its spot at Evo but they always have great Top 8's and yesterday was no different. Hat's off to E.T, great grand finals and Top 8 in general.

#3 EVO 2017 in Esports

SFV blows but excited to watch Tekken, Guilty Gear, Marvel, and KOF.

This guy will likely put up a very convenient schedule graphic before Evo starts, just an FYI. I'll post it here if I remember later.

edit: also a quick prediction that Machabo will 100% win Evo this year again for Guilty Gear. The man's a legend.

#22 E3 Thread in Other Games

Good:

Show Content
Shadow of the Colossus has another remake hype
New God of War looks neat
Monster Hunter World on PC
Super Mario Odyssey looks like a VERY vast game
Sea of Thieves trailer has me more interested in that game now.
Wolfenstein II is cool
Dishonored DLC
New Metro game named Metro Exodus, looks cool.
A Way Out is looking to be a game made by the creators of Brothers, a Tale of Two Sons, but with an EA budget. Excited
Age of Empires: Definitive Edition is cool.
Xbox announcing backwards compatibility with the original Xbox.
Mario + Rabbids game looks very promising.
Metroid Prime 4 wtf i love the switch now?
Cuphead release date finally.
Far Cry 5 had a nice gameplay demo.
Shadow of War, Shadow of Mordor's sequel, looks pretty cool.
New Ori game called Ori and the Will of the Wisps.

Bad:

Show Content
Almost all of Bethesda's "conference." This includes playing as Link for the switch as a way to persuade people buy Skyrim on the Switch as well as introducing yet again paid mods for Skyrim and Fallout 4.
Marvel vs Capcom Infinite trailer made all the characters look like a mobile game cast.
EA's drum roll to start their conference was weird.
Microsoft putting a car on stage and talking about it for more than a minute was weird.
While it was inevitable Sony didn't really stay consistent this year compared to the last two years with their conference.
A lot of VR stuff. (Noctis fishing game really?)

Stuff that was interesting but I had no opinion on:

Show Content
Star Wars Battlefront 2 had a thing about their story mode but showed nothing about the story mode (worry)
Anthem from BioWare is their form of Destiny, aiming to compete with them.
Need for Speed: Payback has some major Burnout 3 vibes but I'm holding my opinion just in case.
Battlefield 1 Expansion.
FIFA and Madden 18 will have story mode.
Spiderman 4 coming out.
The Evil Within 2 coming out.
New Kirby game, Yoshi game, Pokemon RPG, and Metroid game coming to the Switch. Not gonna get a switch so can't have an opinion but it's cool.
The Crew 2 had an announcement trailer.
A VR game that actually piqued my interest was Transference. Supposed to be a psychological VR game.
Skull and Bones is another pirate game.
Forza 7 is coming out.
Assassins Creed Origins is coming out.
Deep Rock Galactic is a game where you mine dangerous caves as a group of dwarves
PUBG is coming to Xbox One.
State of Decay is having a sequel.
Life is Strange: Before the Storm was officially announced.
Crackdown 3 had a trailer with Terry Crews screaming in it.
New game called The Last Night has a cool art style mixing pixel characters and hi-res background.
Super Lucky Tale no longer a VR game and is now a real platforming game.
Code Vein got another trailer. Anime Vampires.
New Breath of the Wild DLC
New Horizon Dawn DLC
Rocket League on Switch

I think that's everything on my notes here hope I didn't miss anything.
EA: 6/10
Microsoft: 7/10
Bethesda: 3.5/10
PC Gaming: 7/10
Ubisoft: 7.5/10
Sony: 7/10 (10/10 personally just because of SotC)
Nintendo: 8/10

just imo

put the lists into spoilers so make it more clean

JL8 is pretty fun. It's basically the justice league but if they were 8 year old kids going to elementary school. There are story arcs for the most part.
