Dude, this shit doesn't work if you're white.
But seriously, I can understand the unpleasant feeling of being discriminated for who you are. However, for me it seems that this case falls under "private discrimination" category. Just deal with the fact that some people are clowns and move forward. Serveme is not the only(and imo not the best) option for getting a tf2 server. And even if you're so eager to use serveme, there are still a lot of ways to bypass the ban.
Another option is to stop playing this shite game and hit the gym instead.
