right so i started steam and it appears that everyone is offline including me and i cant get the friends tab to open, whenever i try to msg someone its the old steam chat and i can tsend any messages, and when i close the tab it opens it self back up. ive restarted steam like 4 times and restarted my computer a bunch too please help
