Surfing on Offline server?

reddphobiaif you connect to a surf server and type "map surf_***" into console you'll get everything except bunnyhopping. i'm also pretty sure you can switch maps without re-connecting to the server and the plugins will transferreddyou can launch a map from a surf server so all the plugins load with it, but seeing as you don't have internet i have no ideaWell i do have internet, i just have 800 ping consistently.
