seven1I think a big issue is that a lot of the AM people (who tend to be younger) tend to believe that pedophilia isnt bad. When they think like that they dont care if that person is accused of something like that, because to them they think of it as normal and not disgusting.
this comes off like an insane take, but there are an LOT of internet-poisoned or just naive kids on discord/twitter who are ok with being groomed, or dont see a problem with an adult erping with a kid. ive had someone i met on a discord (a normal music discord, thank u for asking) ask me, out of the blue, to join their dating server, which they bragged had a lot of publicly underage ppl specifically looking for age gap edating
nursey has just managed to find various groups of people with this mentality (remember this response?)
its why its so common for people to do stuff like this on discord and get away with it. its also exactly why its important to have a hardline stance about these things, why every adult should be expected to actively avoid being sexual around kids, and why people who apologize for or harbor them should also be criticized and shunned

anyone notice that theres a visible group of people who have consistently been playing with cheaters/alts/sandbaggers/slur users in rgl/pugscrims/tf2c for years now, many of whom are now jumping to defend elijah?
i bet none of them have alts registered in rgl. i bet none of them share accounts. i bet none of them cheat on tf2c.
