As a trivia request, does anyone know who has played invite/been to LAN with 3/4 classes/roles? I know Harbleu, Ruwin, and Alfa have all played a lot of stuff, but I'm unsure of what exactly they've done, or any players I'm missing
EDIT: so according to comp.tf, Alfa has played on a top 4 team as demo, med, scout, pocket (if you count S18 as him pocketing), and roamer (if you count his S19 20b matches). not sure how accurate this information is though, or which teams actually went to LAN.

i don't think depending on teammates for ammo is a big deal. i would say that the starting ammo is a little low, but i've found that there's almost always an arty around when i need ammo (and if there isn't then i'm probably overextended). i've also found that i usually run out of health before ammo, so i can just get ammo when i run back for health (or even when i run back to reload).
i completely agree that the spawn times/distances are pretty fucked and make most kills largely meaningless. that is, if you kill someone who is away from the objective, you're just wasting your time, and probably just helping him spawn closer to the objective with full ammo. kind of feels like playing highlander in that regard.

You could lower the number of teams allowed per event, or split it up over multiple days, thus lowering the daily time requirements. Having a potentially 6.5 hour weekly event on a weekday is a little ridiculous. Super excited for the Sunday events though!
EDIT: the other thing to consider is that only 4 teams out of 16 will be actually playing for the last half of the event, and they will tend to be the more dedicated players anyway.
