is it not still stupid to complain that you can't get 1st in a low div because you lost to a better team?
from my memory every time legit upcomers lost to sandbaggers in a low div, they ended up in IM playoffs next season anyway, and shitty mid open players like me weren't really affected by sandbaggers at all. why all the fuss about them now?

it looks like with the ESL merger the execs are looking to push DH for more variety content, and push ongoing major titles towards the ESL/IEM brand.
great thing for smaller games but will probably lead to more of a brand monopoly + more event homogeneity in the big games.
