You can use regular music. As long as you credit the artist of the songs youtube doesn't care. Some music companies force youtube to disable videos that have their songs. This only happens on mobile youtube though.

http://www.xoticpc.com/ is where you should be looking. They have great selection of laptops and they are all highly customizable. The Sager laptops on this site are more customizable Clevos. Also high-end gaming laptops ($1000 - $1500) are more expensive but can be pretty close to mid-high end desktops. For example a GTX 780m is slighty worse than a 660 ti. Just make sure you get a nice external laptop cooler and you will be fine.
