ok i just gotta say we tried esea pugs for a good bit and they were frankly awful, im not going to put myself through playing unfun pugs just to hope to someday *maybe* do something for the game in the long run (yea guys im sure a valve $100 million major is gonna happen just keep playing faceit pugs and cross your fingers)

the game is ten years old i dont think its going to suddenly get big because we played faceit lol

didn't aim do this for like a month and have multiple brain aneurysms live on stream

also in what way will this help to "improve things", it seems that a lot of the issues are simply due to the nature of the site (i.e., no classes/fatkids) or stuff that the devs literally cannot change (like the sound beeping and stuff)
like are you really that stubborn that you legitimately don't believe in the feedback/complaints and shit that like literally everyone but you has said about the site? obviously it's your project or whatever so you're going to be arguing for it to the ends of the earth even if it's objectively worse, but you have to realize that it can't just be a coincidence that all these people have given the same criticism and feedback like clearly there's something up lol

also i feel like even if kev did this you wouldn't actually be convinced and it wouldn't lead to any real change

can the people who get fatkidded from pugchamp for hours on end not just add to faceit? (where the entire premise is no fatkid lol)

yea im not gonna lie playing advanced pugs has killed my drive to play the game at all and i know a lot of other people who feel the same way

for some reason they decided to make people's names show up only as what you have them nicked as which is kind of dumb imo, why not just stick with current_alias (nickname) like before
also kind of annoyed that you can't just click on the picture at the top of the steam chat window or the friends list to get to their profile
wish there was a way to get rid of the group chats thing at the bottom as well
looks kind of promising for the future with saving the chat history and stuff like that but currently it's too non functional for me to actually want to use it lol

edit: i looked in the settings and they have an option to append nickname to friend's name instead of completley replacing them which is good, looks like before and is solid
edit2: changing someone's nickname or tag or pretty much doing anything with the new ui takes like twice as many clicks, once they get things sorted out and properly released im sure this will be really good tho

I'm trying to buy BYOC tickets and it asks for a postcode so I entered my zip code (cause im in the us and we dont have postcodes lol) and it said please enter a valid postcode, so I just googled the one for the NEC and tried that but it and now it's giving me an error saying to contact the box office or something. I sent them an inquiry form or whatever and the customer service lady just said "You would need to enter the postcode valid with the card as this would be why it would not authorise,"

Has anyone else from the US/elsewhere been able to buy tickets successfully with this shit? I remember last year it being a huge hassle and having this shit happen but idr what I did :/

edit: Okay I tried a different card from one of my parents and it worked, just entered in a random postcode (the one of the NEC lol) and it was good
