Petemustardoverlordmy favorite was when coo coo cachoo decided to take the season off to focus on school and still had 120 hrs/2 weeks of almost exclusively tf2centers
that's why he's gonna be the next b4nny
holy fuck https://i.imgur.com/o7LRnIH.png
imagine if tf2 had a proper matchmaking system like csgo or there were actual pugs to play during the day
coo would have the game Solved
people often try to find the 'best' mentor they can in hopes that they will be spoon fed all the information they need to know to improve at the game but unfortunately it doesn't really work like that, at a certain point you have to look at your own mistakes and learn on your own
as others have said there are so many good resources out there at this point that you can easily get the basic fundamentals down and work on specific set plays and coordination with your team, a lot of plays that invite mentors may tell you to do won't even work on a lower level team because of the lack of coordination
edit: another point to understand is: there's no money in this game, in all honesty nobody wants to spectate your open level scrims every night and give you tips, why rely on someone else's commentary anyways? only you can find what works best for you and your team, you can't rely on someone else to make you improve
favorite LAN's you've attended?
okay but for real why not just let all the teams play and add an extra week to the season (there's already week 9 to make up for missed games)
I've brought up this point before about class restrictions in adv making it difficult for teams to feed into invite, hopefully RGL takes this into account and lets them play their mains in advanced if they don't qualify (rather than the team dying)
extremely lame decision but in fairness u dont just message an admin that your team is dead unless you're 200% sure
RGL definitely should have had all of this planned out way earlier, the teams should've played each other a week ago and settled it. Isn't the season starting literally tomorrow?
this place sucks dick ur def better off anywhere else but here
Quite simply, Epic.
proud of u slemmy, U Deserve.
I can confirm, aim is a dick. Dude almost scammed triplemint out of SIXTY (60) dollars just the other night. Unsubbed & reported.
Edit: This AimIsADick guy is a hackerman, I would steer clear of him cause if he can do this with the tf2 source code leak, who knows what else he's capable of

I found a workaround by disabling high DPI scaling but it's not entirely ideal as the icons are pretty blurry (def better than the alternative tiny mumble tho). Also when I drag a chrome window from my 4k monitor onto my 1080p monitor now the text gets all blurry and awful looking and it doesn't factor in the scaling, despite me only changing the setting for mumble.
not sure if anyone else has had this problem but mumble seems to scale really poorly on my new 4k display

ive tried messing with windows scale settings and it seems to be pretty bugged regardless unless it's on 100 or 125% but at that point the display is almost unusable because everything is so small

props for doing the write up but idk what weird altered history led you to believe soapy was on witness gaming, dingo was on MAL/witness, and that krypt hadn't yet established himself in invite (I believe he's gotten 4th twice, third once, and played like half a season for froyo as a pocket sub)
