Platinum#7 I haven't done much research. I know the players I need to worry about are stefan, cookye, extremer, and f2. Let me revisit this in a week or so and I can give you a better answer when comparing the players on each team.

The "troll" comments are typically jokes by friends of the player in the recruitment post to bump their submission back to the top of the list. Perhaps you are misunderstanding? Very few recruitment posts on etf2l get proper fighting unless they're by konr.

no, multiplay eu servers are awful as well
they might have a premium package though, because I played on the Infused mplay server and it was fine but every other one has been rubbish
it's also a massive pain to get plugins working on their servers
just use a vps people
