#1 asianriceguy+caboose LFT in Recruitment (looking for team)

Hello, after a break from TF2 for the summer caboose and I were thinking about playing again as a pocket/medic combo (possibly other classes). Unfortunately, we won't be able to play until August due to our schedules and we haven't touched the game for a while, but I'm willing to put in the time like I used to when August rolls around. As a heads up, there is the possibility that caboose won't be able to play at all due to his schedule, in which case I probably wouldn't play either. Thanks!

Is the date of the event confirmed to be May 9th then? Trying to figure out whether I can put together a team or not.

It says April 21st are first matches, but Kevin mentioned that he was thinking about turning it into a one-day event and April 21st (a Tuesday) would not be ideal for most people.

#23 Upio LFT? (scout) in Recruitment (looking for team)
BlazinCookiecool dude. a lot of his skill from cs transferred over. also is being mentored by asianriceguy so that's pretty good

I haven't taught this guy shit, his improvement is all a result of his own insane talent. Upio's one of the chillest people I've ever met and has quickly become one of my best buds. He was willing to sit down with me and go over CS:GO stuff for over an hour despite not knowing me very well at the time. I've honestly never met someone who's picked up the game as fast as Upio, and just imagine how good he'll be after a season.

When is this happening? I'd be down to play if it takes place before May 9th.

Really good DM, Shiki's come a long way and deserves a team as dedicated as he is.

AntwandippidycabooseAntwanCaboose BAILING on us just when playoff started pretty much fucked us up. Not to bring down valkeri, he was an amazing med to play with and wished we played with him from the beginning.
How deliciously passive aggressive

So either I fucked you over by 'bailing' (going out of town) because valkeri isn't a competent replacement OR I didn't fuck you over because valkeri is an amazing medic. Which is it?

Either way I find it funny that you're trying to put even partial blame on me for your loss when 4 out of your 150 hrs/2 weeks are in tf2 and you don't even bother scrimming before grand finals because you think this game is shit. I mean, you lost 5-4....all you needed to do was grit your teeth and play a couple more hours a week, but I guess it's easier to find an excuse to blame.

For the record I wish valkeri had played the entire season too.

DANG

At least i tried in every fucking match while ur in the same mumble channel watching the stream play the matches.
Valkeri > Caboose . EASILY

Damn dude take it easy. I don't get why you've been consistently hostile towards caboose and myself when we were the ones practicing the most, caring the most about the team, and doing all the scheduling. You can't blame caboose for not wanting to play anymore when he realized we were never going to reach our full potential with 1/3 of the team not opening TF2 at all except for matches and minimal scrims. You can't blame him for the outcome of the match either, seeing as the single biggest reason we lost was lack of practice.

"I don't need to practice, it's fucking open." - Antwan

I hope this serves as a lesson to future players/teams. It really doesn't matter how experienced you are, if you let your ego get in the way of trying your best, there will always be others ready to take over. Congrats once again to Muffin Men, hope you guys keep up the dedication and make it to the top.

#6 fuda lft low open in Recruitment (looking for team)

fuda is a young but hilarious guy. From the times I've played with him, he seems to have solid mechanics and with a little more experience in terms of positioning and calling should be more than ready for mid-open.

So caboose is always too modest to plug his videos, but recently he edited a soldier video featuring smile and I thought I'd share it here.
