Where can I find consistent DM practice / MGE?

I'd like to establish a foundation of DM before diving into sixes. The majority of my hours have been put into jump maps, walkway, and pubs so far.
I'm having a hard time finding partners to MGE with and practice my DM In general. Right now my main strategy is posting in RGL, TF2CC, B4nnycord, etc. trying to get people to add up and its not effective. If anyone could give me some resources and or direct me to an active DM community I'm not privy to I'd appreciate it. Also if you are individually interested I'm located NA west / central.
