#1 I need help finding a mod on this website. in Customization

In the SolarLight video, "hermit demo", I saw that he had a mod that made his pipes and stickies have a bright color to them. I decided to ask him about it on reddit, and he responded that it was a mod that he found in a thread on this website. I can't really find this mod, and I also don't exactly know what to search for. This mod could be called many things, so I can't seem to find it. If anybody knows what this mod is, please link it to me.
