Didn't want to make a new thread and didn't know which one to post it in.
I was missing elements in hudplayerhealth.res. Should be fixed now, try redownloading.

- fixed player status images not showing up (vaccinator resitence, mark to death image, milk,...)
- hud now support 3D player model
