fun isn't something one considers when balancing the universe

At least for the i7-7700k it says it doesn't come with a cooler so I would guess I have to buy one since I don't have any except for the i5 cooler.
This is my current pc build

I have been having problems with some games that are more cpu intensive most notably GTA where I'm sometimes at max cpu usage and getting micro stutters. So I wanted to try to advantage of sales and try to upgrade my cpu which might mean I have to get a new cooler. My budgets is around $500 maybe more depending on what else I would need to get. I don't really have plans to overclock it.
Don't let this distract you from the fact that I lost 54 rounds straight.
I stream bad tf2 at an open level maybe some pugs and scrims
