Ok I have a pretty fucking insane medical history with this stuff. Probably have been on 15+ drugs for adhd/aspergers. One of them actually nearly killed me, it made me nearly get put into a mental hospital and it turned out it gave me a chemical imbalance than if it continues I would have died.
Yeah adderrall is cool cuz u can get high but some of this shit is dangerous.

You can't buy a full auto AK47 or shotgun you dolt
You can mod them to be full auto, but it's illegal. And tbh, you can kill just as many people with a full auto ak-47 as a .22 cal. In fact, most m4's the army uses do not have a full auto setting because it's actually not as useful as you would think.
