Faceit update problems

So, a new update just happened, right as we finished banning maps for faceit, and we couldn't join the server. Me and a couple of people were able to update our game and join in time, but the match was cancelled. However, everybody in the lobby got a cooldown for being afk. Is this a glitch, because I really wanted to play faceit today.
