#1 Will Medic for Food in Recruitment (looking for team)

First things first; I am not, and never have been, a competitive player of any class or kind. The only competitive teams I have ever taken part in were all Call of Duty 4 based. That was a while ago. I am skilled as a medic and mini engineer in TF2 and was interested in trying competitive. As far as the fundamentals go, I know little and will need to be filled in. For example, I have no idea if mini engineers are even used for competitive. Even good ones. I do however know that more often than not, competitive Medic can be quite difficult. And I understand that. I've been told many times by my spouse who plays competitive spy that I do well as medic and can usually handle my own with any class. So I'm best at medic, but am flexible. I can agree, I do hold my own with the soldier, heavy, demoman and pyro classes as well. I'm okay as sniper or scout, I guess. I will be honest and admit that I am at a disadvantage as spy, regular engineer, and demoknight. I do work on it, though.

TL;DR version, I'm:
-24 years old.
-use a Mic.
-play primarily Medic.
-have no competitive experience.
-am willing to learn.

As Medic, I frequently top the leaderboards in matchmaking. I have developed many techniques on my own which when I began to study competitive Medic play, I found I already had been doing. I have many times pushed the line with well timed ubers with heavies, soldiers, pyros and others, and usually get my partner out alive; earning plenty of assists in the process.

Of course, take this with whatever amount of seriousness you'd like. I am not trying to boast because I'm not that kind of guy. I like to think I'm pretty chill, and am just trying to find a team to practice with. I'm pretty serious about it. I have a mic, I have free time, I'm a fast learner, am good at taking constructive criticism, and can be a team player. I'll work my hide off for a good leader. Its up to you if you'd like to give me a chance, I don't really know where else I may find a competitive mentor on the internet, but if you do I can promise I'll try hard.
