think its 10 or 15 minutes iirc, leaning towards 15
E: The rules don't explicitly state halftime break allowance, but considering the only time limits they talk about are at the beginning (15 mins after start time) and in the event of a player disconnect/pause(5 minutes if 1 team wants to be assholes) I'd say 15 is fair
