I think this is a map issue, not a sniper crouch bug issue, but it seems the clipping on the metal sheets on product aren't great, we found out you can headshot people through them depending on the angle: https://clips.twitch.tv/RespectfulInexpensiveQuailPastaThat
I don't think it necessarily should be banned but it's extremely difficult to actually headshot a person doing this in a scrim/match setting

there's a chance i'm wrong, but i'm pretty sure even though you can't see their head you can still headshot them in the scenario you're speaking about. The headshot hitbox for sniper is gigantic and if you can see their arms/legs you can nearly always headshot them even though you can't see the model for their head quite yet. It's super counterable and i think banning it is questionable at best.
