Mitch_SnackCorrect me if I'm wrong, but I believe in the most recent CappingTV Ultiduo tournament, the disciplinary action was still a banned unlock. Are you guys looking to change that for this tournament, and if not, what's the reasoning behind having it banned?Australia has been following a more traditional and aged version of Ultiduo that is slightly different to other regions. However we're open to change and so I've opened a poll for people to decide.

I kinda doubt internet speed is the problem here unless yours is abysmally low, but you should still complain to your ISP if you're not getting a speed at least close to what you you're paying for.
When watching streams, do you get a similar issue where the stream will stop to buffer for seconds at a time? In other words, does your internet time out when you're not playing TF2/CS:GO or only when you're playing those games?
