To upgrade or not to upgrade

If you go for upgrade then get intel a750 gpu its better than a 3050/3050 ti. 3050 ti is a laptop gpu , for desktop there is the normal non ti 3050. Also if you are gonna overclock like the guy above said you should add the price for a new cooler into your upgrade budget.
