are the specs below sufficient to be used with a 240hz monitor?
CPU: i7 4770k @4.4ghz
GPU: Galax 970 Black EXOC
Ram: 16gb
res: 1920x1080

Why is sniper not allowed in soap dm?

snipers in a dm server means you're randomly dying to some dude you don't know about while killing one wouldn't realy help with your dm getting better. Also i'd imagine it'd be quite frustrating to have a sniper in your team that rarely hits shots and is basicly a walking health pack.

VTF Crosshair pack

I dont wanna make a thread so i just ask here. I'm trying to make a starkie-clone crosshair but the green dot has a white outline when i convert it to vtf. im using Generic template with abgr8888/dtx5 format, no mipmap, no level of detail, no minimum mipmap, eight bit alpha flags. have tried srgb aswell. any idea what's fucking it up?
